Site Assessment & Electrical Evaluation
We assess your vehicle, preferred charger location and existing electrical installation to determine the most suitable charging solution. This includes considering the available electrical capacity, DB requirements, cable routing and whether a single-phase or three-phase installation is appropriate.
Professional EV Charger Installation
Our certified electrical contractor / Installation Electrician completes the installation using the appropriate cabling, protection and equipment for the selected charger. We take care of the charger connection, dedicated circuit, installation, testing and commissioning.
Testing, Commissioning & Compliance Certification
Once the installation is complete, we thoroughly test and commission the EV charging system to verify safe and correct operation. All relevant electrical connections, protection and charging functions are checked before the charger is handed over.
Issuing of COC
Every EV charger installation includes the applicable Certificate of Compliance (CoC), providing the client with the required compliance documentation for the completed electrical installation.
Remedial Work & Compliance
Once the quotation has been accepted, we carry out the necessary remedial work to the electrical installation. The required changes are made with the aim of bringing the installation into compliance with the applicable requirements of SANS 10142, subject to the scope of work and existing installation conditions.
Final Testing & Certification
Once the required work has been completed, the installation is tested again. Where applicable, the relevant Certificate of Compliance can then be issued once the installation satisfies the required inspection and testing criteria.

Charging speed and installation requirements
The maximum charging speed depends on your vehicle’s onboard AC charging capacity, the charger output, and the available electrical supply. For example, a vehicle limited to 7.4 kW AC charging will not charge at 11 kW or 22 kW simply because a higher-rated charger is installed.
